Meet Your Coach : Lauren Johnson

Smiling woman with long brown hair wearing a white sweater against a gray brick wall.

Hello! I’m Lauren, and I’m passionate about empowering women leaders to step into their fullest potential and grow with purpose.

With over 15 years of experience across finance, nonprofit, and human resource industries, I’ve always gravitated toward leadership roles where I could help others thrive. Leading global teams and navigating fast-paced business environments, my most rewarding moments have been helping others succeed—whether it’s helping them achieve their goals or guiding them through career transitions.

As a high achiever, I’ve experienced the pressure of constantly chasing the next goal without pausing to celebrate the wins. That relentless pursuit can be overwhelming, especially for women juggling multiple expectations. My own experience with coaching taught me the importance of setting healthy boundaries and reframing my role, which allowed me to build a healthier relationship with work while still reaching my professional goals.

At LeadHER Coaching, I create a space for women leaders and high performers—whether you’re a people manager, individual contributor, or entrepreneur—to reflect, strategize, and grow. Leadership is about driving your own growth and navigating challenges, regardless of your role. My coaching approach is grounded in empathy, providing a judgment-free zone where you can explore your challenges and gain the clarity you need to move forward with confidence.

My goal is to help you achieve your professional goals without sacrificing your personal well-being. Together, we’ll identify your priorities and move forward with intentionality.

With my executive coaching certification and ongoing commitment to growth, I bring the highest level of insight and support to each session. If you’re ready to break through barriers and lead with clarity, let’s connect. You can learn more about my background through my LinkedIn.
